One-to-one career coaching gives you the space, support and expertise to move towards the work you want. In your coach you have an objective collaborator to help you review your skills, clarify what you want, and explore your options. You have the satisfaction of knowing that you are truly working on your goals, and gain the confidence to make the transition to a new and rewarding career.

I offer a tailor-made careers coaching programme which can be followed over a period of six weeks to three months, to help you discover the work you want to do and take real steps towards a career that fits. In the coaching sessions we will explore what you need to make an informed choice for your next career step. This may involve exploring your likes and dislikes, values, skills and needs. We may generate new options or update your CV and I can also recommend specialist people to help you with particular aspects of finding the work you want. Over the weeks you will gain insights, make decisions and plan your transition to a more rewarding career.
