As well as one-to-one coaching sessions, I offer regular group events and workshops in Bristol and further afield. These stimulating events offer you the chance to work on a range of life and work issues with a small group of like-minded people in a supportive atmosphere. And they’re fun too.

SO YOU WANT TO BE A LIFE COACH? Information Evening
Are you one of the increasing number of people attracted to Life Coaching as a fulfilling career? Are you confused about what path to take and how much money to spend? And wondering whether you can make a living from it?
I’m now offering an informal information evening to help would-be coaches decide on the way forwards. I’ll be talking about the qualities needed to be a coach, about trainings, qualifications, accreditations and professional bodies, and about how to build a coaching practice. There will be information to take away and a question and answer session for your burning issues. But as this is about coaching don’t expect to just sit back! I’ll also be asking you some searching questions to help you get clear about what you want and how to get there.

FIRST THINGS FIRST Life Coaching Taster Evening
Are you interested in having some life coaching but not sure about taking the plunge? If so, this is the perfect way to find out more without committing yourself or costing the earth. You’ll spend this enjoyable evening in a small group where you can ask your questions and find out how coaching can help you achieve your goals in life. You can even have a taste of being coached.
Venue: Pierian Centre, Bristol.
Cost: £7, payable in full when booking your place.

NICE WORK! Career Workshop
This inspiring and practical one-day workshop is for anyone wanting to change career or seeking their first work. During the day you’ll experience a mix of creative activities and practical techniques to help you get clear about what work you want and how to get it. You’ll start to develop a ‘blueprint’ for your future worklife, assess your skills and strengths, look at what else you need and define your career goals. Some action planning will clear the next steps towards your new career and there will be a wealth of practical advice and information to help you on your way.
Venue: Pierian Centre, Bristol.
Cost: £45/£35 benefits, with a £20 deposit payable on booking your place.

INSPIRED MOVES Ongoing Coaching Group
This is a great way to kickstart the changes you want to make in your personal or professional life and enjoy the company and support of other people in similar situations. The group runs for five months from September 2008 and brings you a range of inspiring and supportive activities to help you take meaningful steps towards your goals and dreams.

Each month you will:

  • enjoy a group coaching evening with an inspiring mix of practical activities and coaching exercises
  • have a 30 minute one-to-one coaching call to keep you on track towards your goals
  • benefit from the support of a coaching ‘buddy’.

To help build trust, support and continuity this will run as a closed group with a maximum of eight people.
Venue: Pierian Centre, Bristol.
Cost: £40 a month, bookable only as a block of 6 months for £240. A deposit of £40 is payable on booking your place.
Spring 2009 dates: Tuesday evenings 7 pm to 9 pm on February 3rd, March 3rd, March 31st, April 28th, May 26th and June 23rd.
